Omega Institute Retreat

June 7–12, 2026

A quiet, in-person retreat exploring non-duality, presence, and the simplicity of what is already here.

What This Is...

This retreat is a space of simple, direct exploration — not a program, practice, or path

It is an invitation to explore non-duality together — not as a philosophy to learn, but as something already present and familiar.

There is no promise of awakening, healing, or self-improvement.

Nothing here is meant to fix or change anyone.

The retreat offers a shared space for inquiry, reflection, silence, and conversation — allowing whatever arises to arise, without agenda or expectation.

What This Is Not

This is not a self-improvement program, and it is not designed to fix or change anyone.

It is not a path, a method, or a system of practices.
There is no requirement to believe anything, adopt new ideas, or agree with any viewpoint.

There is no “better version” of you being offered here.
Only a simple invitation to meet what is already here.

This is not an effort to improve the self or arrive at a better version of “you.”

There is no promise of resolution, breakthrough, or lasting state.

Who This May Resonate With

This retreat may resonate with those who feel drawn to simplicity rather than answers, and to direct experience rather than beliefs.

It may be for those who are not looking to improve themselves or become something different, but are open to quietly exploring what is already here.

There is no requirement to identify as spiritual, experienced, or “on a path.” There is also no expectation to agree with anything shared.

If you feel unsure, that’s welcome too.  Clarity often comes through presence, not certainty.

Atmosphere & Environment

The retreat will take place at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, New York — a quiet, expansive setting in the Hudson Valley designed to support rest, simplicity, and natural attentiveness.

Surrounded by wooded paths, open fields, and a peaceful lake, the environment invites a slowing down that happens on its own. There is space to walk, sit, swim, or simply be, without agenda or expectation.

Accommodations are comfortable, meals are nourishing, and the rhythm of the days is unhurried. The setting itself gently supports presence, without asking anything in return.

Nothing is forced.

Nothing is structured beyond what is needed.

The atmosphere is quiet, open, and human.

What You Can Expect

The retreat unfolds as a series of open, guided conversations held in a quiet, attentive atmosphere. There is time for listening, inquiry, and shared reflection, as well as ample space for rest and silence.

Periods of dialogue are balanced with unstructured time to walk, sit, swim, or simply be. Nothing is scheduled to fill the day for the sake of activity. The rhythm is natural and unhurried.

Questions are welcomed, though nothing is required. There is no expectation to participate in a particular way or arrive at any conclusion. Each person engages as they are.

The invitation is simple: to spend a few days together in presence, allowing what is already here to be noticed.
